Terms of Service

“NAMY STUDIOS,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means NAMY STUDIOS, an independent Luxembourg Creative Design & Game Studio operated by Grégory D. T. NAMY and the developer and publisher of Regnum Last Sanctum.

“Regnum Last Sanctum” means the independent medieval dark fantasy game project, website, account systems, digital rewards, community features, development updates, and related intellectual property operated by NAMY STUDIOS.

“Services” means RegnumLastSanctum.com, account systems, payment systems, Founder Pledges, Influence Points, digital rewards, Discord integrations, Steam links, community features, game information, forms, communications, and any related service provided through or in connection with Regnum Last Sanctum.

“User,” “you,” or “your” means any person who visits, registers, supports, purchases from, contacts, or otherwise uses the Services.

“Founder Pledge” means a paid crowdfunding support product purchased through RegnumLastSanctum.com to support the development of Regnum Last Sanctum. Founder Pledges may include digital community rewards such as Influence Points, founder recognition, account badges, founder titles, Discord roles, development updates, founder wall recognition, and Saga access keys where stated.

“Sagas” means the planned Regnum Last Sanctum game-access structure. Saga I refers to the first playable combat experience. Saga II refers to the planned sandbox and dungeon expansion. Saga III refers to the planned PvP multiplayer and kingdom-war expansion. Saga IV refers to the planned long-term MMO or persistent-world vision.

“Saga access keys” means digital access entitlements connected to a Founder Pledge tier. They are intended to grant access to the corresponding Regnum Saga or Sagas when that Saga is made available under the relevant technical, platform, account, testing, and release conditions.

“Founder Status” or “Founder Rank” means a digital account status, title, badge, or recognition level connected to Founder Pledge purchases, lifetime contribution amount, or other progression rules displayed on RegnumLastSanctum.com. Founder Status has no cash value and does not represent ownership, investment, equity, governance rights, or financial return.

“Lifetime Contribution” means the total successful Founder Pledge payments associated with a user account, excluding refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or cancelled payments.

“Influence Points” or “IP” means digital community points connected to your Regnum Last Sanctum website account. Influence Points have no monetary value and are not a currency, investment, financial instrument, ownership right, profit share, or claim against NAMY STUDIOS.

“Digital Rewards” means any non-physical reward connected to a Founder Pledge, including Influence Points, website badges, founder titles, Founder Status, Discord roles, supporter wall recognition, Saga access keys, development updates, or other digital community benefits.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of RegnumLastSanctum.com and all Services connected to Regnum Last Sanctum.

By visiting RegnumLastSanctum.com, creating an account, purchasing a Founder Pledge, receiving Influence Points, contacting us through a form, accessing community features, using Discord or Steam links, using the Services, or making any payment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or Services.

These Terms apply only to RegnumLastSanctum.com and the game-related services, accounts, payments, Founder Pledges, Influence Points, community features, development updates, and Digital Rewards provided through or in connection with RegnumLastSanctum.com.

These Terms do not automatically govern other websites, portfolio pages, professional services, or unrelated projects operated by NAMY STUDIOS unless they expressly link to these Terms.

Regnum Last Sanctum is an independent game project under active development. Features, systems, names, mechanics, visuals, balance, lore, rewards, roadmaps, dates, platforms, and technical systems may change over time.

The Services may include pre-alpha, alpha, beta, prototype, testing, or experimental content. Such content may contain bugs, incomplete features, missing systems, unstable performance, placeholder assets, and balance issues.

Any roadmap, development update, release estimate, future feature description, or planned reward is provided for transparency and community communication only. It is not a binding guarantee unless expressly stated in writing as part of a specific paid product.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services or purchase Founder Pledges.

If you are under the age of majority in your country of residence, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe that a user does not meet eligibility requirements or has violated these Terms.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating or updating your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Founder Pledges, Influence Points, Founder Status, Lifetime Contribution records, Saga access keys, and Digital Rewards are connected to the account used or selected during the purchase process. You are responsible for ensuring that you are logged into the correct account before making a purchase.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, impersonate others, abuse the Services, exploit bugs, commit fraud, violate community rules, or otherwise breach these Terms.

Founder Pledges are paid digital products designed to help fund the development of Regnum Last Sanctum.

Founder Pledges are not charitable donations unless expressly offered as a separate no-reward donation option. Where a Founder Pledge includes Influence Points, Saga access keys, or other Digital Rewards, the transaction is a commercial digital purchase, not a pure donation.

When you purchase a Founder Pledge, you are supporting the development of Regnum Last Sanctum and receiving the Digital Rewards clearly described at the time of purchase. Founder Pledges are not investments, shares, donations to a charity, or promises of financial return.

Founder Pledges do not grant ownership of NAMY STUDIOS, Regnum Last Sanctum, game assets, intellectual property, profits, revenue, shares, equity, voting control, securities, financial returns, or any investment rights.

Founder Pledges may include digital game access keys to corresponding Regnum Sagas. The Saga access included depends on the Founder Pledge tier displayed at the time of purchase.

The current Founder Pledge Saga access structure is:

• Founder of Regnum, Founder of Goblins, and Founder of Nordhold include an Access Key to Saga I.
• Founder of Dungeons includes Access Keys to Saga I and Saga II.
• Founder of the Abyss includes Access Keys to Saga I, Saga II, and Saga III.
• Founder of Kingdoms, Founder of the Last Sanctum, Founder of Dragons, Founder of the World, and Founder of Regnum Eternal include Access Keys to Saga I, Saga II, Saga III, and Saga IV.

Saga access keys are digital access entitlements linked to the purchasing account. They are intended for the corresponding Regnum Saga or Sagas once available, but access may depend on development status, platform availability, testing windows, technical requirements, account standing, and release conditions.

Saga access keys do not guarantee that every Saga will be available at a specific date, in a specific technical state, or on every platform. Development plans may evolve, and Sagas may be renamed, merged, delayed, changed, reset, or adjusted as the project develops.

Users may purchase multiple Founder Pledges over time. Founder Pledge purchases are cumulative and may increase the user’s Lifetime Contribution, Influence Points balance, Founder Status, account badges, Saga access keys, or other Digital Rewards according to the rules displayed on RegnumLastSanctum.com.

Each successful Founder Pledge purchase may be recorded separately in the user’s account history and may contribute to the user’s total support amount.

Founder Pledges are linked to the user account selected or logged in during the purchase process. Founder Pledge purchases, Influence Points, Founder Status, Lifetime Contribution records, Saga access keys, and Digital Rewards are generally non-transferable between accounts unless NAMY STUDIOS expressly allows it in writing.

NAMY STUDIOS may calculate Founder Status based on total Lifetime Contribution, highest Founder Pledge purchased, account progression, special campaigns, or another clearly displayed progression method.

If Founder Status is based on Lifetime Contribution, multiple purchases may combine to upgrade the user’s Founder Status when the relevant contribution threshold is reached.

NAMY STUDIOS may define, rename, rebalance, modify, add, remove, or discontinue Founder Status levels, badges, titles, thresholds, or related Digital Rewards for design, technical, legal, security, or balancing reasons.

Founder Status is a digital community recognition feature only. It has no monetary value and does not create ownership, investment rights, financial rights, governance rights, voting control, profit participation, or any right to financial return.

Duplicate, fraudulent, refunded, reversed, disputed, cancelled, or charged-back payments may result in the removal, reversal, suspension, or adjustment of the related Influence Points, Founder Status, Lifetime Contribution amount, Saga access keys, account badges, and other Digital Rewards.

If a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back after Digital Rewards have been delivered, NAMY STUDIOS may subtract the related Influence Points and adjust the user’s Founder Status, Saga access keys, and Lifetime Contribution records accordingly.

NAMY STUDIOS may delay, withhold, manually review, reverse, or remove Digital Rewards where we reasonably suspect fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, duplicate processing, technical error, account misuse, or violation of these Terms.

Influence Points are digital community points attached to your Regnum Last Sanctum website account. They may be used for website progression, community recognition, founder status, polls, future cosmetic systems, title systems, or other community features determined by NAMY STUDIOS.

Influence Points:

• have no cash value;
• are not legal tender or virtual currency;
• cannot be exchanged for money;
• cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, traded, or redeemed outside our Services unless we expressly allow it;
• do not represent ownership, equity, profit share, investment, securities, or any financial right;
• may be adjusted, limited, removed, reset, renamed, converted, rebalanced, or discontinued if required for technical, legal, balancing, security, or design reasons.

We may correct Influence Point balances where we detect payment errors, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, abuse, technical errors, duplicate grants, exploits, or unauthorized activity.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. We do not directly store your full payment card details.

By purchasing a Founder Pledge or any other paid digital product, you authorize the payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Currency conversion, foreign transaction fees, bank fees, card issuer fees, or payment provider fees may be charged by third parties and are outside our control.

We may change prices, Founder Pledges, rewards, thresholds, Founder Status levels, and availability at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed, except where required by law, fraud prevention, technical correction, refund, or chargeback handling.

Digital Rewards are normally delivered automatically to your website account after successful payment confirmation.

Delivery may be delayed due to payment review, fraud checks, webhook delays, technical issues, account verification, payment provider delays, or manual review.

If you do not receive the expected Digital Rewards after a successful payment, contact us with your account email, payment date, Founder Pledge name, and transaction reference.

We are not responsible for delivery failure caused by incorrect account details, purchasing while logged into the wrong account, unauthorized purchases, payment provider issues, chargebacks, fraud, account suspension, or user error.

Founder Pledge purchases are generally final and non-refundable once Digital Rewards have been delivered to the user account, including Influence Points, Founder Status, badges, titles, Saga access keys, Discord roles, account recognition, or other digital benefits.

Because Founder Pledges provide digital rewards that may be credited immediately after purchase, you may be asked at checkout to expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that once delivery begins, you may lose your right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Refunds are not guaranteed. NAMY STUDIOS may only grant refunds where required by applicable law, or at its discretion in limited cases such as:

• duplicate payment;
• technical failure preventing delivery of the purchased Digital Rewards;
• confirmed incorrect charge;
• confirmed unauthorized transaction, subject to investigation;
• refund required by applicable law.

If a refund, reversal, chargeback, or payment dispute occurs, NAMY STUDIOS may remove, reverse, or adjust the related Influence Points, Founder Status, Lifetime Contribution amount, Saga access keys, badges, titles, Discord roles, account recognition, and any other Digital Rewards connected to the payment.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days, unless an exception applies.

Because Founder Pledges include digital content or digital services that may be delivered immediately, you may be asked at checkout to expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once delivery or performance begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Where the right of withdrawal has been validly waived or lost due to immediate delivery of digital content or digital services, Founder Pledge purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory rights granted to consumers by applicable law.

Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on how checkout is configured and what is shown at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and location information where required for tax calculation and compliance.

We may collect, charge, report, or remit VAT or other taxes where required by law or through our payment provider.

For EU users, digital services and digital rewards may be subject to VAT rules based on the customer’s country of residence.

Founder Pledges, Influence Points, Digital Rewards, crowdfunding contributions, Founder Status, founder recognition, Saga access keys, and community recognition are not investments.

You are not purchasing shares, equity, ownership, securities, financial instruments, governance rights, profit participation, dividends, royalties, revenue share, or any entitlement to financial return.

You must not purchase Founder Pledges with the expectation of profit, resale value, monetary appreciation, or financial reward.

Founder Pledge Saga access keys are described in Section 7. Other game access, alpha access, beta access, demo access, test access, founder access, or similar access benefits only apply when expressly included in a specific product or communication.

Access to pre-release builds may be limited, revoked, delayed, region-restricted, platform-dependent, or subject to technical requirements.

We reserve the right to change, pause, reset, wipe, or discontinue test environments, accounts, characters, inventories, progress, servers, points, or other data during development where necessary.

You agree not to:

• violate any law or regulation;
• commit fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized transactions;
• exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, payment errors, or reward systems;
• use bots, scripts, automation, scraping, or unauthorized tools;
• harass, threaten, defame, abuse, discriminate against, or harm others;
• impersonate another person, company, moderator, developer, or representative;
• upload malware, harmful code, spam, scams, or misleading content;
• attempt to access accounts, systems, databases, or services without permission;
• interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Services;
• sell, trade, transfer, or commercialize accounts, Influence Points, Founder Status, Digital Rewards, Saga access keys, or access without our written permission.

Violation of these rules may result in warning, suspension, account termination, removal of rewards, cancellation of access, or legal action.

The Services may allow you to submit usernames, posts, comments, feedback, bug reports, screenshots, suggestions, ideas, messages, contact forms, project inquiries, or other content.

You retain ownership of content you create, but you grant NAMY STUDIOS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, display, publish, distribute, and create derivative works from your content for operating, improving, promoting, securing, and documenting the Services and Regnum Last Sanctum.

You must not submit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, abusive, hateful, misleading, spam, malicious, or otherwise harmful.

Regnum Last Sanctum, NAMY STUDIOS, logos, names, artwork, designs, lore, game systems, website content, text, images, video, code, interface elements, icons, music, audio, characters, creatures, maps, and related materials are owned by NAMY STUDIOS or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit our intellectual property without written permission, except where permitted by applicable law or official press/media permissions.

The Services may link to or integrate third-party services such as Stripe, Supabase, Cloudflare, Discord, Steam, social media platforms, analytics tools, e-mail delivery services, and hosting providers.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. NAMY STUDIOS is not responsible for third-party platforms, outages, decisions, fees, account actions, or policies.

Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that we may process account information, payment records, technical data, support messages, security logs, and other information necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

We aim to operate the Services with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or permanent availability.

The Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, development changes, hosting issues, cyberattacks, third-party outages, payment provider issues, technical incidents, or other circumstances.

We may use technical and manual checks to protect the Services, accounts, payments, rewards, Saga access keys, and community systems from fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, chargeback abuse, or technical manipulation.

We may suspend transactions, delay rewards, restrict accounts, or remove access where reasonably necessary to investigate suspicious activity.

You may stop using the Services at any time. You may also request account deletion where available and legally permitted.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, commit fraud, harm other users, abuse payment systems, threaten security, or create legal risk.

Account termination may result in loss of account data, Influence Points, Founder Status, Saga access keys, Digital Rewards, account recognition, and access to community features, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your expectations, be uninterrupted, be error-free, be fully secure, be compatible with every device, or that every planned feature, Saga, roadmap item, reward, or release window will be completed exactly as described.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAMY STUDIOS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or anticipated savings.

Our total liability for any claim connected to the Services will be limited to the amount you paid to NAMY STUDIOS for the specific paid product giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You agree to indemnify and hold NAMY STUDIOS harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, fraud, unauthorized activity, or harmful content you submit.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, Founder Pledges, Saga access, laws, payment systems, security requirements, or project development.

The updated Terms will apply when posted unless a later date is stated. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

Where legally permitted, disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Luxembourg.
